Gemard cottage is situated near to the villages of St. Ferme and Dieulivol not far from the towns of Monsegur and Duras
in South West France. The property is the detached cottage of a country farmhouse. The cottage has one bedroom, a
shower room and swimming pool with alarm and is ideal for a couple or a family with a baby or young child. Cot,
highchair and child stair gate are available.

Comfortably accommodating 2 people plus child, the property has been completely restored and is excellently equipped
with electric hob microwave, toaster, DVD player with screen, radio/C.D. player, hairdryer.

ALL linen and towels provided INCLUDING pool towels. FREE complimentary Welcome Pack of groceries, wine and
beer provided with the owners compliments.

COTTAGE

Fitted kitchen/breakfast room with electric hob and 'fridge. Shower room with enclosed shower, toilet and wash hand
basin. Carpeted twin bedroom with double and single bed. The cottage has two private entrance doors, one leading to a
BBQ area with terrace and dining table and chairs, and the other to the pool and its own terrace. To the rear and side is a
lawn looking out towards the local farmer's plum orchard.

GROUNDS

The large 10m x 5m (32'6" x 16'3") swimming pool is set in a sunny walled area and has a thermal night cover and pool
safety alarm and sunloungers. The cottage is reached through a gate from the courtyard and parking area. Please note
that the swimming is normally open from May to the end of September, or possibly the middle of October, depending on
the water temperature. The pool is shared with the housekeeper next door. Table tennis.
